Did Google Plan Buzz?
Most of you by now are probably aware of the mini fiasco that took place a week or so ago around Google Buzz. They Released the product only to quickly make rather important privacy changes within days. The backlast of the privacy mess has made us question whether Google jumped to fast at their latest attemp to take on the social networking market with Buzz. Usually Google products are put in Beta first and tested out within the Google Lab area. Buzz was not put through these tests. Was Google in such a hurry that they felt that they needed to get Buzz out to the public as quickly as possibly, thus missing key privacy loopholes?
