Last night I was having dinner with my stepmother at Red Lobster. This was the restaurant down in Huntington Beach and we had never been there before. I decided to have a lobster and my step mom went with a cod fillet. During the course of our dinner conversation the topic  turned to some of the things that she was doing in her life. She told me she had recently gone online to look at getting an online psychology degree. She felt that having a secondary degree would help her in this tough job market. I couldn’t agree more considering the economy.
