The financing we would be able to get
My wife and I were able to get owner financing on the house that we bought in Redmond a couple of months before. The main reason we sought owner financing was the mistaken belief that our credit was in poor shape. Last week I had gone into Central Farmers credit union to deposit my paycheck and I wound up talking to one of the people in the loan department. They said that I would be able to get the Mortgage Refinancing that I needed. When I got home I told my wife the good news and we celebrated by having some ice cream.
