Right now there is a lot of dialogue about the very idea of barefoot running compared to jogging in athletic shoes. There is lots of beliefs both ways, yet hardly any proof that one is in fact a lot better than one other. This is even with a considerable amount of boasts currently being created which with no running shoes going for a run is much better and that athletic shoes could be unhealthy. The actual science will not support this. Understandably you will find there’s increasing niche for barefoot running shoes, that is relatively of the oxymoron since how could you end up being barefoot together with footwear?
