I have worked at the same bank location for the last ten years. I have worked in almost every position in the bank. The last position that I have to learn is dealing with the money exchange. This is not something that happens every day at our branch so it can be a little difficult to learn about. About twice a month a customer will come in and want to exchange a small amount of currency. Sometimes there is not anyone available to help them, that is one of the main reasons that I am being trained in this position.
