My best friend had a fight with her husband and left home after he hit her in a drunken rage.  She called me and was crying and I did not want her to be driving and talking to me at the same time as she was obviously upset and understandably so.  I asked her to pull over and she did.  When she calmed down a bit I invited her to come stay at my home for a couple days if she needed to.  She agreed and hung up the phone.  Ironically she was hit by a kid who was texting and driving.  We contacted an Accident Lawyer right away.
