Working for a fabric store can really be quite monotonous which is why I always look forward to finding out what customers need. When I know what they need the specific fabric for my mind starts to get more creative and imaginative. One of the favorite types of fabric that I enjoy looking through and recommending are those for patio door curtains. It always excites me to think about what the area looks like and what furnishings have been put in. Would they need some rich cloths like brocade or velvet to match some fine classic furniture? Or would something lighter and breezier like chiffon for a more relaxed mood? Imagining these things often wants to make me go and start decorating their homes for them.
