My niece graduated from high school yesterday and the entire extended family was in town for the event. Since it was a special occasion, the whole clan decided to eat out at my all time favorite restaurant. Even though I was flying high because they were all remarking how great I look because of the medifast diet, I had a feeling of dread settle over me. I usually cannot resist all the goodies there.
