VoIP providers are extending interesting features to consumers

VoIP providers want to please consumers by offering many interesting features because they want to have their loyalty. Ultimately, their aim is to have a good share in the VoIP market. They also want to get their reputation back that got spoiled because before voip was invented, they were not showing concern for consumers then and they were in fact charging very high charges for the telephone services they were using. But, for offering such interesting features to consumers, they are investing large sums of money in research and development so that they can bring out such exciting and interesting features.
