You haven’t dealt with a customer till you’ve dealt with me

In this article I am writing about the experience of Samsung’s customer service. In the market there are mainly two types of customers, positive customers and negative customers. Positive customers mean they have positive mind when we will discuss about the product’s features. Negative customers mean those who have the negative mind about the product. We cannot change their mind with any explanation. One day I am dealing with a customer, who was interested in one of the Samsung products, he was going to buy a Samsung refrigerator and I was telling him about the features of that product. But it was not so good in his opinion. Then I realized my mistake that my Hindi was not so fluent. I told him that my Hindi is not so good, sir, so you please consult the other executive. He went to the other Samsung helpline executive and he gave the details of the product. The customer was so happy and made the purchase.
