How can i control my blood pressure? My blood pressure reading is usually in the 150/90 to 160/100 range. I’ve consulted with a medical professional and he has prescribed some medication. Even with the medication, my blood pressure still tends to shoot up, especially when i experience stress at work or at home.
Blood pressure medication can also get pretty expensive to maintain. I’m looking for other ways to manage my illness without medicines. I only do mild exercises because i mainly don’t have time to fit in gym visits in my everyday life. I’m willing to try other unconventional methods to further reduce my high blood pressure symptoms.
