Compliance Auditor Jobs

A compliance auditor will be responsible for all legal aspects of regulatory compliance. This would include examination of transaction related activities like term sheet finalization, overseeing the legal & financial due diligence process, finalizing share purchase agreement and compliance related activities like SEBI/ RBI reporting, interacting with the trustee company, etc. A compliance auditor position will be responsible for all legal and compliance initiatives, polices and processes within the company. A compliance auditor will co-ordinate and negotiate company’s external legal and compliance needs, fund prospectus and investment related documentation with external counsels and advisors. A compliance auditor generally is a qualified lawyer with 3+ years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of regulatory environment and legal framework is essential. A compliance auditor should have experience in drafting, negotiating, reviewing, structuring contracts, agreements, searching, and drafting legal briefs.
